Ketan Bhavsar

Ketan is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and Associate, having joined our practice in October 2015. With extensive experience across projects of varying size and complexity, Ketan has worked from inception to completion on new builds and refurbishments within the education, care, and residential sectors.

Ketan is trusted to deliver practical, cost-effective, and timely solutions, underpinned by a strong technical foundation. He is a Chartered Member of CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) and holds a Master’s degree in Building Information Modelling and Management.

In addition to his project work, Ketan plays a key role in overseeing BIM systems within the practice, ensuring that processes align with current industry standards and best practices. His technical expertise and leadership contribute significantly to the efficiency and quality of our project delivery.
