The Hampson Centre, named after rugby star Matt Hampson, provides a new Year 7 teaching facility with a sports hall and state of the art specialist sports science labs. At the heart of the Year 7 base is a two storey flexible learning and performance space which is also used for school assemblies.
The Social Sciences building provides five new teaching spaces, breakout space and a flexible design/science classroom. The project includes a grassed courtyard between the two new buildings which features a popular outdoor amphitheatre for outdoor teaching and social gatherings.
