Lion Brewery

The redevelopment and urban regeneration of a former Victorian brewery site within the Oxford city centre conservation area.

The scheme converted a number of existing historic structures and included the sensitive insertion of new modern buildings to provide 79 residential apartments, 18 affordable housing units and various employment units.
