This PassivHaus and Code For Sustainable Home Level 6 project is orientated on the optimal north/south axis to allow the facilitation of a passive strategy and low energy design.
The M&E package has been developed to include a ground source heat pump integrated with a solar hot water array to provide heating and hot water, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and a large PV array designed to meet the entire electrical load from lighting and appliances.
