College Lake
The wildlife visitor’s centre is designed to a high environmental agenda, with a building fabric that far exceeds current Building Regulations.
It uses passive stack natural ventilation and utilises high levels of natural daylight.
The heating and hot water is provided by an air source heat pump that has been designed to meet the full load.
