The site for this conversion project has an enviable location and setting with inspirational views of the Scottish Mountains.

The design brings in the exceptional views and a large amount of natural light into what was once a long narrow and dark agricultural barn.

Constructed in highland Perthshire this new build timber framed eco-house uses high levels of recycled newspaper insulation and maximises solar gain from a south facing elevation to reduce heating costs.
