Andy Hardy joined the practice in 1990 and became MD in 1997. In a career spanning more than 40 years, he has led architecture projects across sectors including education, commercial, residential, and community developments. He is experienced in working with both private and public sector clients.
Andy has a particular interest in designing inclusive environments, especially for Special Educational Needs (SEN). His focus is in delivering thoughtful, pragmatic solutions that meet real-world needs. Andy’s approach is rooted in collaboration and empowerment.
As Managing Director, Andy oversees our design direction, supporting the team at all levels, offering guidance, and mentoring our junior architects. He brings a wealth of expertise to each project, ensuring clients benefit from a well-rounded and ambitious design approach.
