He has a strong record of leading multidisciplinary teams on complex and challenging projects.
Tom has worked as a senior site architect on high-profile developments, including a prestigious retail scheme in Leicester, and has also held the role of Design Manager for a contractor specialising in education projects. His hands-on experience on site and contractor-side insight gives him a practical and grounded approach to architectural delivery.
